Who i am

About me

Hi! I'm Lynn Abernathy Mulholland

I am a straightforward and high-energy coach who thrives on the energy found through ideation and the process of sifting through diverse thoughts and perspectives to come up with actionable plans. I’m known for my ability to have honest (and sometimes tough) conversations. I celebrate the successes of those I have worked with and enjoy coaching people to help them find their North Star.

On a more personal level, I’m a wife, mother and bereaved parent, stepmother to adult children, daughter, sister, friend, business owner, and crazy dog person.

For more than 25 years, I was a human resources leader specializing in talent, leadership and career development, and change management. For the last 15 years I was a senior HR executive at one of the largest financial services companies in the world. In that role, I specialized in coaching leaders to connect authentically and transparently with themselves, their teams, peers, and clients while tackling their business challenges.
